Sarah Arnold is a physician board-certified in both family medicine and integrative medicine. She has 20 years of experience managing disease, and came to the realization that chronic disease management is not sustainable for optimum health. She has since developed programs and products to reach her own health goals, and is now ready to share these amazing tips with as many people as possible. The United States ranks an abysmal 37th in the world for health, and 2/3 of Americans are obese. Her vision is for our country to be a leader in health and wellness, through education and implementation.
